Scotto Residence
Dupuis Construction served as the general contractor for the interior remodel of the Scotto Residence in West Dover, VT
The Scotto Residence is located in the Sawmill Farms development of West Dover, VT. We gave this home a much needed interior face lift with a large remodel. The Scope of work included: New flooring throughout the home, Fresh Paint on walls and trim, 3 Bathroom Remodels, Full Kitchen Remodel, Updated Fireplace.
The interior captions the desired Modern Rustic look with Stained Shaker style cabinetry and Granite countertops. The bathrooms were updated with full custom tile showers and frameless glass shower doors. The fireplace was converted from a wood burning unit to a propane unit. We added a brick veneer surround and bluestone top to make the fireplace look warm and cozy. Wide plank wood flooring was added on the main level and new carpet in the remaining rooms. The remodel turned this outdated 80’s home into a income generating machine for the owners through vacation rental service.
