Sandri Sunoco Gas Station Remodel
Dupuis Construction did the interior and exterior renovation of this gas station, while keeping the footprint of the existing building.
Ask anyone near Vermont’s Okemo Ski Report, and they would tell you that the Sunoco Station on Main Street was in desperate need of an upgrade. Dupuis managed the remodeling project, creating a new layout with additional shelving and cooler space, as well as interior access to the public bathrooms. We also built a new coffee bar area, where customers can stop in and refuel themselves with a fresh cup of coffee or cappuccino.
The exterior of the building also got a complete new look! We put in fiber cement siding and reconstructed the original cupola. We upgraded the fuel pumps, and repaved and expanded the parking area. As a result of these renovations, this business has become a main stop for travelers, and has substantially increased profits for the owners.
